Whether you're an individual or a team, we're seeking cosplayers and cosplay teams to take the stage at the Cosplay Stage!

Cosplay Stage Participation Requirements

The Cosplay Stage Division is open to those who can attend the venue and take the stage.

1. No restrictions on age, gender, or nationality (※Minors must obtain parental consent)
2. It relates to DC works appearing in movies, dramas, games, etc.
3. Those who can attend the event and take the stage on the day (Cosplay Stage Division)
4. Individuals who consent to media exposure by official media outlets and news organizations

※Separately, you will need to purchase a “Tokyo Comic Con 2025 Admission Ticket” for your chosen date. Cosplay participants must present a “Cosplay Participant Pass.”

Participation Terms for Applications

Cosplay Stage Division

• Minors must obtain parental consent before applying.
• The right to perform on stage belongs solely to the applicant and may not be transferred to a third party or exchanged for cash.
• Do not use the name, portrait, or other identifying information of a third party without permission during the performance of your submitted work.
• Please refrain from using foul language, making vulgar gestures, or engaging in any other inappropriate behavior during stage performances.
  Additionally, any behavior that may cause discomfort to other participants or spectators, or any disruptive behavior, is prohibited.
• In the unlikely event of an accident occurring due to disputes with third parties or other circumstances beyond the organizer's control, the organizer shall not be held liable in any way.
• 応By submitting an entry, participants agree that the organizers may freely use images and footage of the submitted work, as well as photographs and videos taken during stage performances, for promotional purposes across all media, including broadcast, advertising, print, and the internet. The organizers shall not be held liable for any disputes arising for participants, guardians, or other related parties as a result of such use. Please understand that the organizers shall not be obligated to pay any usage fees or other monetary compensation for the use of such images or footage in any manner whatsoever in the future.
• Travel and accommodation expenses, as well as admission tickets, are the responsibility of the attendee.
• Please review the Cosplay Participation Agreement and agree to it.
• Please refrain from any acts that violate public order and morals, violate laws and regulations, or pose a risk of doing so.
• Please refrain from using expressions that may be perceived as critical of specific groups, races, genders, or religions.
• Please refrain from going barefoot.
• Blackouts and stage entrances are not possible.
• Please refrain from using knives, air guns capable of firing projectiles, or gas guns on stage.
• Please refrain from using costumes or props that may soil the stage.
• Please note that if you do not meet the above conditions, we may have to decline your participation.

There is no limit on the number of participants. However, please be advised that changes to the number of participants after application are generally not possible, except in special circumstances.

Important Notes for Applicants

※Once your application is complete, an automatic reply email will be sent.
※We will notify you of the acceptance/rejection results starting Wednesday, November 19. (Please note that this date may change depending on circumstances.)
※Applications are not processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
※All attendees participating in cosplay at Tokyo Comic Con must purchase a “Cosplay Participation Pass” along with their admission ticket. Please be advised in advance.
※Live streaming may be available online on the day of the event.
※Please be advised that media outlets may cover the event on the day of the performance.
※Photos and videos submitted in advance, as well as photos and videos taken on stage during the event, may be used for promotional purposes related to future Tokyo Comic Con events.
※Please enjoy the event during times when you are not performing on stage.
