Event dates

When will the event be held?

Tokyo Comic Con will be held on Dec.6(Fri.), 7 (Sat.), and 8 (Sun.).

What are the opening hours?

The opening hours are as follows:
December 6th (Fri): 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
December 7th (Sat): 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
December 8th (Sun): 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Please note that on December 7th and 8th, the opening hours may be advanced depending on the situation.

Regarding Tickets

Can one admission ticket be used for three days?

No, it cannot. One admission ticket is valid for one person for one entry on one day.

What are photo session tickets and autograph tickets?

These are tickets that allow you to participate in photo sessions and autograph sessions with visiting celebrities. They need to be purchased separately from the admission ticket. Please note that the prices of photo session and autograph tickets may vary depending on the guest. For more details, please click here.

If I have purchased photo session and autograph tickets, do I also need to buy an admission ticket?

Yes, you will need a separate admission ticket in addition to the photo session and autograph tickets.

I accidentally purchased the wrong ticket. Can I get a refund?

Refunds or changes are not possible for any reason other than the cancellation of the event due to a natural disaster or organizer’s decision. Please make sure to read the notes carefully before making a purchase.

If a celebrity cancels their visit due to personal reasons, can I get a refund?

Refunds are possible, but only for photo session tickets, autograph tickets, and companion tickets. Please note that admission tickets are non-refundable.

I have lost my ticket. Can it be reissued?

We regret to inform you that tickets will not be reissued for any reason, including loss, damage, theft, or destruction. Please keep your ticket safe and secure.

Is there a discount for tickets for people with disabilities?

Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts for people with disabilities. However, one caregiver can enter for free.

Other Information

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes, you can. However, please consume them only in the designated eating areas.

Are there nursing rooms and diaper changing facilities available?

Yes, there are nursing rooms and diaper changing spaces at Makuhari Messe (Halls 1 to 8). For more details, please refer to the link below.

Is smoking (including e-cigarettes) allowed inside the venue?

No, the venue is a non-smoking area, including e-cigarettes. Please refrain from smoking indoors to prevent passive smoking.

What should I do if I lose something at the event?

If you notice any lost items during the event, please visit the Information desk within the venue. After the event, please contact the Makuhari Messe General Management Center (Tel: 043-296-0531).
