● To participate in the photo session and autograph session, you will need a “One-Day Admission Ticket” or “3-Day Pass” to enter the venue, in addition to your “Photo Ticket” and “Autograph Ticket.”

● Waiting lines for the photo sessions and autograph sessions are scheduled to form 30 minutes before each event start time. When the lines begin to form, please gather at the Celebrity Area where the photo sessions and autograph sessions will take place.

● In the event that the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, or if a celebrity is unable to visit Japan, we will refund any “photo tickets,” “autograph tickets,” and “companion tickets” that can no longer be used.
※For any other reason, we cannot change ticket types or issue refunds under any circumstances.

● If you lose or damage your ticket, it cannot be reissued, so please keep it in a safe place.

● Depending on the ticketing service you use, you may not be able to resell tickets (at face value). Be sure to check the ticketing service’s terms of use before purchasing tickets.

● This event assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or theft of personal belongings.

● Children in elementary school or younger may enter the Celebrity Area free of charge only when accompanied by a parent or guardian who holds a “Photo Pass” or “Autograph Pass.” However, if you wish to be photographed together during the photo session, you must purchase an “Accompaniment Ticket” for each person beyond the first two.

● Rules are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of the celebrity management.

● A “Guest Ticket” is a ticket that allows you to participate in a photo session when accompanied by someone who holds a “Photo Session Ticket.” *You cannot participate in a photo session with a “Guest Ticket” alone. You must participate together with someone who holds a “Photo Session Ticket.”

● Children in elementary school or younger may participate in the photo session for free, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian holding a “Photo Session Ticket,” up to a maximum of two children. *Even if the children are in elementary school or younger, if three or more children wish to be photographed together, “Accompaniment Tickets” are required for the excess number of children. (See Example 3.)

● You may use up to two “Companion Tickets” in conjunction with a “Photo Pass.”

※After the photo session, we will provide one photo per “Photo Session Ticket.” Please note that we cannot provide photos to customers who participated in the photo session using a “Companion Ticket.”
※If you would like to purchase photos (prints) of guests who participated in the photo session using a “Companion Ticket,” you can do so for a fee at the designated counter inside the venue.

● One “Photo Session Ticket” allows one guest to participate in the photo session once.

● Only when accompanying a customer who holds a “Photo Session Ticket” may one guest participate in the photo session per “Guest Ticket.”
*You may use up to two “Guest Tickets” in conjunction with a “Photo Session Ticket.”

● Children in elementary school or younger may participate in the photo session for free, up to two children, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who holds a “photo session ticket.”
※Even if the children are elementary school age or younger, if three or more of them wish to be photographed together, you will need “Accompaniment Tickets” for the excess number of children.

● Even when using a “Companion Ticket” for a photo session or when children in elementary school or younger are included in the session free of charge, the maximum number of people who can participate in a single photo session at the same time is five (with a maximum of three adults).

● Please refrain from directly asking celebrities for hugs or to pose with you.

● We do not permit photography using your own camera equipment.
※The organizer will provide the camera and photographer for the shoot.

● Customers participating in the photo session should arrive at the Celebrity Area at least 30 minutes before the start time.

● You may not bring personal belongings (except valuables) into the photo booth. Please use the luggage rack located in front of the photo booth.
※As long as it's about the size of a small clutch, you can wear it without any problems.

● Guests using wheelchairs or strollers are welcome to participate in the photo session. However, you may not enter the photo booth while pushing a stroller; please use the luggage rack located just outside the photo booth.

● To prevent unexpected accidents, celebrities are not permitted to be photographed while holding children.

● You may not hand out gifts during the photo session. Please use the gift reception counter located outside the Celebrity Area.

● After the photo session, we will provide one photo per “Photo Session Ticket.” Please note that we cannot provide photos to customers who participated in the photo session using a “Companion Ticket.”
※If you would like to purchase photos (prints) of guests who participated in the photo session using a “Companion Ticket,” you can do so for a fee at the designated counter inside the venue.

● Guests who plan to participate in the photo session in cosplay must register for cosplay in advance. Please come to the Celebrity Area wearing the “Cosplay Participation Pass” issued after you complete your cosplay registration.
※If our staff determines that a cosplay costume is dangerous or constitutes a specific form of discriminatory expression, we may ask you to remove the relevant part of the costume. Please note that if it is difficult to remove the relevant part, we may refuse to allow you to be photographed in that cosplay.

● Guests who plan to participate in the photo session in cosplay must register for cosplay in advance. Please come to the Celebrity Area wearing the “Cosplay Participation Pass” issued after you complete your cosplay registration.

● Please note that you may not bring in any items that fall under the categories listed below.

　　・Sharp Objects
　　・Props shaped like weapons
　　・A huge costume that disrupts the photo shoot
　　・Costumes that might disturb other guests
　　・Masks and other items that completely cover the face
　　・Costumes deemed to constitute specific forms of discriminatory expression

※Please note that if we determine that your cosplay costume falls under the categories listed above, we may ask you to remove the relevant parts. Please be aware that if it is difficult to remove those parts, we may refuse to allow you to be photographed in your cosplay.

● One “autograph ticket” allows one guest to participate in the autograph session only once.
※“Companion Tickets” are for photo sessions only and cannot be used at autograph sessions.

● Children in elementary school or younger may attend the autograph session free of charge only if accompanied by a parent or guardian who holds an “Autograph Ticket.” Please note, however, that only one autograph will be provided per “Autograph Ticket.”

● At autograph sessions, celebrities will sign items brought by guests in person. As a general rule, you are free to bring any items you like, as long as they are not hazardous or likely to cause inconvenience to other guests (such as items that are too large).
※Please note that even items not listed above may be rejected on a case-by-case basis by Celeb Management.

● Customers who do not bring an item to be signed will receive one signed portrait (25.3 cm × 20.2 cm). Please note that these portraits are not available for purchase.

● You cannot contact the celebrity’s management in advance to ask whether they will sign specific items. If you’re unsure, please bring multiple items just in case.

● Guests using wheelchairs or strollers are also welcome to attend the autograph session.

● At the autograph session, we will provide “Sharpie” brand markers manufactured by Newell Office Brands in five colors: gold, silver, blue, black, and white. Please note that you may not use your own markers.
※Please note that the celebrity’s management team may specify a particular marker, so we cannot guarantee that the marker listed above will be used.

● You may not request that your name, a specific line of dialogue, the date, or similar information be included in the autograph.

● You may not hand out gifts during the autograph session. Please use the gift drop-off counter located outside the celebrity area.

● Please be careful not to put the item in a bag or similar container before the signature has dried, as this may cause the signature to smudge or stick to the bag.

● You cannot rewrite your signature.

● For this event, we have significantly strengthened our security measures to ensure the safety of all attendees, including visitors and guests from overseas, as well as everyone involved.

● We ask all attendees for their understanding and cooperation regarding the following matters to ensure the event runs safely and smoothly.

● Baggage Screening Procedures and Prohibited Items

● To ensure safety, we will be conducting bag checks for all guests upon entry to the venue and the VIP area.

● Main Prohibited Items：
・ Items that violate laws or ordinances
・ Cutting tools (box cutters, scissors, etc.)
・ Explosives, hazardous materials, bottles and cans, liquor and alcoholic beverages
・ Liquid-based chemical lights, etc.
If any prohibited items are found, you will generally be required to surrender them (and relinquish ownership).
Please be aware that if you do not comply, we will refuse you entry.

● Request for Enhanced Security and Care of Personal Belongings at the Venue
If You Notice Any Suspicious People or Items：
If you notice any suspicious individuals or items inside the venue, please notify a nearby staff member immediately, even if it seems like a minor matter.

Baggage Handling：
To prevent theft, loss, or mistaken identification as suspicious items, please do not leave your luggage or personal belongings unattended; please keep them under your own strict supervision.
