Cosplay Stage Division

We're seeking cosplayers and cosplay teams exclusively dressed as characters from Blumhouse productions appearing on stage at the Cosplay Gathering Stage!
※This project is not a contest; it is solely an opportunity for you to take the stage as a cast member to help elevate our horror stage.

Cosplay Stage Participation Requirements

1. No restrictions on age, gender, or nationality (※Minors must obtain parental consent)
2. Limited to cosplay of characters appearing in Blumhouse productions
3. Those who can attend the event and take the stage on the day (Cosplay Stage Division)
4. Individuals who consent to media exposure by official media outlets and news organizations

Participation Terms for Applications

Cosplay Stage Division

• Minors must obtain parental consent before applying.
• The right to perform on stage belongs solely to the applicant and cannot be transferred to a third party or exchanged for cash.
• Do not use the name, likeness, or other identifying information of a third party without permission in your submitted work or during your stage performance.
• Avoid using foul language, vulgar gestures, or any other behavior deemed inappropriate during stage performances.
  Additionally, any actions that may cause discomfort to other participants or audience members, or cause nuisance, are prohibited.
• In the unlikely event of an accident involving a third party where the organizer bears no fault, the organizer cannot be held liable in any way.
• By submitting an entry, applicants agree that the organizers may freely use images and footage of the submitted work, as well as photos and videos taken during stage performances, as promotional material across all media, including broadcast, advertising, print, and the internet. The organizers shall not be held responsible for any disputes arising for participants, guardians, or other related parties due to such use. Please understand that the organizers shall not be obligated to pay any usage fees or other monetary compensation for such images or footage, regardless of how they may be used in the future.
• Transportation, lodging expenses, and admission tickets for attending the event are the responsibility of the participant.
• Please review the Cosplay Participation Agreement and agree to its terms.
• Please refrain from any acts that violate public order and morals, break laws and regulations, or pose a risk of doing so.
• Please refrain from expressions that may criticize specific groups, races, genders, or religions.
• Please refrain from going barefoot.
• Blackouts and stage entrances are not permitted.
• Please refrain from using knives, air guns capable of firing projectiles, gas guns, or similar items on stage.
• Please refrain from using costumes or props that may soil the stage.
• Please understand that if any of the above conditions are not met, we may ask you to refrain from performing.

There is no limit on the number of participants. However, please be advised that changes to the number of participants after application are generally not possible, except in special circumstances.

Important Notes for Applicants

※An automatic reply email will be sent upon completion of your application.
※Selection results will be notified sequentially starting around November 25th. (This schedule may vary due to circumstances.)
※Applications are not processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
※While stage events are free to watch and participate in, you must purchase a “Tokyo Comic Con 2025 Admission Ticket.” Please be aware of this in advance.
※All attendees participating in cosplay at Tokyo Comic Con must purchase a “Cosplay Participation Pass” along with their admission ticket. Please be aware of this in advance.
※Live streaming may occur on the day of the event.
※Please be advised that media outlets may cover the stage events on the day.
※Photos and videos submitted in advance, as well as photos and videos taken during the stage events, may be used for future Tokyo Comic Con event promotions.
※Please enjoy the event during times when you are not performing on stage.
