Tokyo Comic Convention Co., Ltd. (President & CEO: Takehiko Goto) has announced the names of celebrities visiting the “Tokyo Comic Convention 2024” (hereinafter referred to as “Tokyo Comic Con 2024”), which will be held at Makuhari Messe (Mihama-Ku, Chiba City) from Friday, December 6, 2024, to Sunday, December 8, 2024.

Familiar from popular TV shows and movies, Morena Baccarin and Ben McKenzie are both set to visit Japan!!

Recently, it was announced that Sebastian Stan and Jason Momoa will be visiting Japan as guests for Tokyo Comic Con 2024. This announcement quickly gained traction on X (formerly Twitter), generating tremendous excitement and attention for the event. Amidst the continued excitement, we are thrilled to announce additional guests: Morena Baccarin and Ben McKenzie! Both will be attending all days of Tokyo Comic Con 2024, and photo ops and autograph sessions are scheduled to take place at the venue.

Morena Baccarin is well-known in Japan for her role as Vanessa, the love interest of Wade Wilson/Deadpool, played by Ryan Reynolds, in the popular film series ‘Deadpool.’ She is currently generating buzz with her appearance in the latest blockbuster ‘Deadpool & Wolverine,’ which is a massive hit worldwide! Additionally, Baccarin has appeared in numerous popular international TV series, including ‘The Mentalist’ and ‘V.’ In ‘Homeland,’ she played Jessica, the wife of the main character, and was nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress at the 65th Primetime Emmy Awards®.

On the other hand, Ben McKenzie first gained attention for his role as Ryan in the youth drama ‘The O.C.’, set in an affluent neighborhood. He then became a star by portraying Detective James Gordon, who fights for justice in the crime-ridden Gotham City, in the DC drama ‘Gotham’ for five seasons. Notably, Baccarin and McKenzie appeared together in ‘ Gotham’ and announced their marriage in 2017.
